Genesis 9:1–17

In Genesis 9:1–17, God establishes His covenant with Noah, promising to preserve the world and sealing that promise with the rainbow. God’s covenant reminds us that every life bears His image, every provision is an act of mercy, and history itself is upheld by His faithfulness. Ultimately, the bow in the clouds points us toward Christ, who bore the judgment sinners deserve. Because God keeps His covenant, we can hope steadily, value every life, and trust the Savior who holds us fast.
