Wives: Gospel-Shaped Help

This message from Ephesians 5:22–24 shows that a wife’s willing submission to her husband is ultimately an act of trust in and obedience to Christ. Rather than reflecting weakness or inequality, biblical submission is presented as a strong, faith-filled response that aligns with God’s good design in creation and redemption. As husbands and wives live out their distinct roles, marriage becomes a living picture of Christ’s loving headship and the church’s joyful response to Him. In this way, a godly wife’s life and attitude can beautifully display the truth and transforming power of the gospel.
