O Love That Will Not Let Me Go

Some of us know what it is to be kept, not because we were easy, deserving, or put together, but because someone chose to stay. Hosea 11 pulls back the curtain on that kind of love. A covenant love; a Father’s love that disciplines, pursues, and refuses to give up on a wayward child. As we enter Advent, this passage shows us the heart of God behind the manger: a faithful Father who says, even in the face of rebellion, “How could I ever give you up?”
